DOWN TIME

– Swelling for 3-5 days.

– Redness for first 24 hours.

– Possible bruising.

– End results will take 2 weeks.

HELPFUL TIPS

– Avoid alcohol, aspirin, Advil, Fish Oil or Vitamin E, 3-5 days prior to treatment.

– No facials, intensive exercise, heat exposure for 24 hours.

– Take Arnica Montana starting 3-5 days prior to appointment, helps bruising.

– Ice. Ice. Ice. Reduces swelling!

PRO TIP

– Warm compression after 24 hours will help blood flow in bruised areas.

DOWN TIME

– Bruising for 3-5 days.

– Swelling for 7-10 days.

– Tenderness in injection sites.

– Numbness of treated area up to 6 weeks.

HELPFUL TIPS

– Ice 3-6 times a day to reduce swelling.

– Take Ibuprofen to relieve tenderness.

– No heavy exercising 7 days after treatment.

PRO TIP

– Make sure to schedule your 6 week follow up immediately. 2-3 sessions are required for optimal results.
