HELPFUL TIPS
- Avoid alcohol, aspirin, Advil, Fish Oil or Vitamin E, 3-5 days prior to treatment.
- No facials, intensive exercise, heat exposure for 24 hours.
- Take Arnica Montana starting 3-5 days prior to appointment, helps bruising.
- Ice to reduces swelling.

- Warm compression after 24 hours will help to increase blood flow in bruised areas.
