Swelling for 3-5 days.
Redness for first 24 hours.
Possible bruising.

HELPFUL TIPS

Avoid Alcohol, Aspirin, Advil, Fish Oil or Vitamin E, 3-5 days prior to treatment.
No facials, intensive exercise, heat exposure for 24 hours post treatment.
Take Arnica Montana starting 3-5 days prior to appointment, helps with bruising.
Icing to reduces swelling.

Pro Tip

Warm compression after 24 hours will help to increase blood flow in bruised areas.
